My Story—My Cause
I’m running because democracy is fragile, freedom must be protected, and government should work for the people—not against them. My parents came to America from Argentina after escaping dictatorship. I grew up understanding what happens when people lose their voice. I also know what it feels like to be underestimated. Growing up with dyslexia and epilepsy taught me why every person deserves dignity, support, and a fair chance.
Those experiences are why I fight for what matters most: affordable housing, stronger schools, lower insurance costs, voting rights, freedom of speech, healthcare access, and equal protection under the law. That’s why I developed the Florida Housing and Insurance Emergency Relief Act — a plan to lower housing and insurance costs and help families afford to stay in the communities they call home..
Florida’s beaches belong to the people—not private interests. I’m committed to protecting public access to our coastlines, preserving our natural beauty, and ensuring future generations can enjoy them freely. That means opposing efforts to privatize our beaches, strengthening public access laws, and investing in restoration and conservation to keep our shores clean, safe, and open to all.
My story is personal — but this campaign is about all of us. It’s about standing up for people who feel unheard and building a Florida where every family has the freedom to live, learn, and thrive.

Francesca is running to break the chain of corruption and restore honest, accountable leadership. She stands with people, not powerful interests, and refuses to sell out our rights to corporate donors.
She fights for affordable housing, affordable healthcare, protection of the 7th Amendment right to a civil jury trial, and an education system treated as a national security priority, not a political talking point.
